1. President’s Call to Order, Welcome and Introduction 7:00PM – Ron Taylor

5. Welcome Committee Report – LeeAnn Giblin
6. MHA Updates:
   Ron Taylor introduced Craig Thompson, MHA CEO/President
   Emma and Tessa discussed Summer Pass, Pool Pass and Swim lessons:

• Summer Pass includes speaker sessions, seminars, Field House, game room,
  40% off Canopy Tours and 40% off Sequoia Adventures.
• Pool Pass will cost $180 per family or $6 per day. Name tags are provided
  and must be worn to pool.
• Swim lessons will be $140 per week. Spiritual development added to lessons.

1. Dale Pollock provided MHA updates on water and roads

• MH has 3 tanks and 3 wells. Storage tank on Ridgeway complete. Well #1 in progress,
  soon to return to service.
• Water rates will increase in July, due to an increase in maintenance cost
• CalFire is working with MH to create a firebreak on Graham Hill Road.

• Trimming Roadside Overgrowth – May 4 – 16.
• Fun Day – Saturday, August 22, 12 – 5:00PM, Redwood Camp
• Fall Meeting – Tuesday, October 27, 6:45 – 8:15PM, Meadow View Room at
  the Field House.
• Christmas Dinner – Tuesday, December 15, 6 – 7:45PM, CC Dining Hall
• Christmas Eve Service at the CC Chapel – 9PM.

1. Ron Taylor announced the Mount Hermon Community website is in the process of
   being updated and should be completed within the next month or two.
2. Eric Gobler announced a need for volunteers to sign up to help with Fun Day and
   Christmas Dinner. A signup sheet was passed around during the meeting.
3. Nominating Committee Update – Ron Taylor
   ● The Nominating Committee screens officer candidates.
   ● Committee members to step off – Greg Lindholm and LeeAnn Giblin.
   ● Chairman for the Committee will be Leslie McGill.
   ● No new members to step on.
   ● Executive Board Officer Search will proceed for 2026 as Ron Taylor, as current
   President, steps off the Board in October.
4. Firesafe presentation, Wendy Lord to introduce Sherry Heaney of Firesafe – Home
   hardening, ember behavior, free HIZ assessments for homeowners discussed and encouraged.
   Table at breakout for questions and handouts.
5. Announcement on Firewise – site leaders available for questions at meeting’s end.
6. Announcement on CERT – Dawn Lindholm and Leslie McGill

• CERT explained, with the announcement that a CERT class would be possible at MH
  when 12 attendees sign up.
