Roads, Trails and Bridges

Fall 2019

Mount Hermon Association has replace most of the supports on the Glen Alpine foot bridge.   We replaced the supports and some footings on the Parkway driving bridge.  Buckey to the roundabout has been repaved.  There are new speed bump on Pine Ave, Manzanita, and 2 on Summit. We’ve done some road repair on Summit.  Over on Woodwardia, we have put in berms to divert water and patched part of the road by the old Woodwardia bridge.  On Canyon, we repaved part of the road.  Also, we are working on finishing paving and installing speed bumps on Grandview and Terrace as well as berms for water diversion. We have put up the 8 Neighborhood Watch signs at major entrances to neighborhoods. Working on the water lines at Grandview and Terrace are the biggest project right now. Summer 2018

Corner of Grandview & Terrace Road Repair
The permit associated with slide repair at the corner of Grandview and Terrace in Mount Hermon has been approved. The contractor is planning to mobilize and begin construction the first week of June. The project is expected to take 30-45 days to complete. During construction there will be no thru traffic. Access to properties in and around the work site will be maintained.
