On April 28, 2010, Sergeant Jim Ross of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office spoke to the residents attending the Spring Community Meeting. As our neighborhood liaison to the Department, he is very interested in the same issues that concern us such as abandoned vehicles, vandalism, theft, homeless camps and others. He made several specific recommendations for residents to follow in regards to any concerns.
